Why Join

Your family doesn't need another resolution. It needs a way to follow through.

Busy schedules. Constant distractions. The same reminders, again and again. Good intentions can be hard to turn into everyday habits.

EARNED:30 gives your family a simple structure to practice useful habits side by side. Children get a chance to take more ownership. Adults participate too, leading by example through their own actions.

You don't need a perfect month. You need a commitment you can keep working on together.

Five Daily Standards

Five daily standards. Practiced together.

Each participant chooses realistic actions and keeps their own tracker. The adult follows the standards too.

Build the Body

Complete 20 minutes of suitable movement. Walking, dancing, mobility, or instructor-approved martial arts practice can count.

Own a Responsibility

Finish a household responsibility you agreed on in advance.

Do the Hard Thing

Spend 10 focused minutes on a safe skill or task you have been avoiding.

Protect the Table

Share a phone-free meal or 15 minutes of family conversation.

Review Honestly

Take three minutes to mark your trackers, name one action, and choose one next step.

The guide's daily prompts help you choose your actions. They are not five additional tasks.

Weekly Family Missions

One family mission each week.

Week 1

Own Your Word

Finish one meaningful commitment each.

Week 2

Choose Courage

Take one safe action you have been avoiding, such as asking a question or requesting help.

Week 3

Serve Without Applause

Spend at least 30 minutes together meeting a real need.

Week 4

Lead at Home

The student leads a 45-minute family session with movement, a shared responsibility, and a conversation about the next goal.

Days 29–30: Repeat a starting activity, review the month, and choose one habit to keep for the next 60 days.

How It Works

A simple plan for showing up.

1

Choose your partner and your responsibilities.

One student and one parent or trusted adult agree on realistic actions.

2

Follow the daily standards and weekly missions.

Use the guide and trackers to keep your family on the same page.

3

Review your work with your coach.

Bring your weekly reviews and trackers to class check-ins.

Each person keeps their own tracker. Additional family members can participate with their own tracker.

Miss a day? Own it and keep going.

Mark the miss honestly. Talk about what got in the way. Choose a practical correction for tomorrow.

Don't backfill boxes, punish anyone with exercise, or restart the month. If an activity needs to change, agree on an appropriate adaptation and record it openly.

The tracker records actions. It does not measure a child's worth.

What Makes This Different

A family commitment built on honest effort.

  • Students participate, and adults participate too.
  • The focus is on actions your family can see and discuss.
  • Honest effort matters more than perfect streaks.
  • Your coach supports your family as you review your work.
  • You practice habits that can continue after January.
